In his youth, Consort was a friend of [[Fanon: Patrizio Monty (SnarkbotAnya)|Patrizio Monty]], whom he helped to get an internship at a company owned by [[Scribonia Capp]], Contessa's mother. When Contessa started dating Patrizio, Consort was both jealous and convinced that they were a terrible match, and began investigating Patrizio's background. Contessa scoffed at his efforts until Consort turned up evidence that Patrizio's father, [[Valentine Monty]], was a member of the mafia, and Patrizio was intended as his successor. Contessa immediately broke up with Patrizio. Thus began a rivalry that would last for the rest of all three of their lives.
