She bought it this morning at six and thought I was asleep. Little did she know that I do early morning reading... But anyway, I can't wait to get this on my birthday! I have been watching people on YouTube doing Sims 3 let's plays, and I know the Sims 3 is pretty old, considering Sims 4 has been out for a year, but it looks so customizable (is that a word??). And the Sims 4 doesn't look that customizable. Plus, it's the only open world Sims game and it should work on my high powered computer that I received on my 14th birthday. Wow, I've had this thing for a whole year now. It sure doesn't feel like that.

We went to school registration at 8 o'clock this morning. First we stopped at McDonald's and I ate a breakfast burrito. Then we went to the high school. The high school felt so big, it was hard navigating where I was supposed to go to. But, my mom went to this school, so she helped me find the cafeteria, which is where registration was taking place. She graduated in 1993. God, can't even imagine, walking through these halls and seeing my mom as a teenager. Or doing research without internet. I wonder how my mom survived high school in the 90s. And how different my experience will be compared to hers...

Anyway, this is my school schedule for Semester 1:

It sucks that all of my first classes are the hard ones. I don't know a word of Spanish. Hopefully my the school year's end I will know enough Spanish to converse, that would be cool! The next class is Language Arts, which I never have had problem with. I'm always writing! Then I have Algebra 1. I hope Algebra is easy. My last year's math teacher would make us write pages of notes, I think I still have that notebook in my bookshelf... Next class is Science. UGH. My least favorite. I do not understand the language of science, unlike Bernard Finkleberry, who is one of Lexi's geeky neighbors. I managed to pull some Cs in Science last year, but I hope that I can up my game this year.

After lunch, I have fifth period, and then it gets interesting. I have a class called "Creative writing." Which is awesome! I would love to go to a class where I get a chance to explore my creative writing skills! Then I have world history, and then Health.

I also saw Lexi there and we compared our schedules. I'm so stoked that we have almost every class together. She doesn't have Creative Writing or Spanish. She is taking a photography class for 5th period. I don't remember her first class. Anyway, we went to the park afterwards and took a picture together.
