:As it is now, {{tl|Sim1}} (and the like) all use {{tl|Sim}} as their base, "meta" template, so changing {{tl|Sim}} will affect all Sim templates that use it as their base. {{tl|Infobox Sim}} will most likely be used as a base template for other Sim-templates to use.
