Eoghan was born and brought up somewhere unknown in Simland. His parents and extended family are also not known. At some point, he met and married Tamsin MayerJames, and became close friends with Archer and [[Fanon:Opal Sinclair|Opal Sinclair]]. He and Tamsin later had a daughter, Ceara.
