Her character file was deleted, thus making her unplayable. From the several Sims in Garden Heights that have this issue, she is the only one that is not in the [[adult]] [[life stage]]. Strangely, Melissa's personality, interests, [[skills]] and even [[aspiration]] are all left blank.
