Vending machines are reintroduced in ''[[The Sims 4: Get to Work]]'', ''[[The Sims 4: Cats & Dogs]]'' and, ''[[The Sims 4: Island Living]]'' and ''[[The Sims 4: Snowy Escape]]'', and can be placed on both residential and community lots. The vending machine in ''Get to Work'' sells snacks such as sandwiches, microwave meals and soda, the ones in ''Cats & Dogs'' sell pet treats, and the one in ''Island Living'' sells beach supplies and fruit.
