How does an Old Age death work in Sims 3 and 4? What system does each game use to determine when they die? In Sims 3, I have seen some Elders die on Day 90, while other times, I have seen them reach up to 116 days. Also, how many days do the Marathon Runner challenge and Vegetarian traits add? :Four years late but I do think this should be added to the article. For TS3 it's a simple percentage that scales with each lifespan ([https://www.carls-sims-4-guide.com/forum/index.php?topic=12538.msg244196#msg244196 source]) and I don't know the system for TS4. The minimum number of elder days I've seen while peeking with MC Command Center is 8 days on a normal lifespan.
