Crystal balls return in ''[[The Sims 4: Paranormal Stuff]]''. In this iteration of the series, crystal balls are separate objects that can be placed on any table, as well as [[Seance table|seance tables]]. If a crystal ball is placed on a seance table and the table is in use, the crystal ball lights up. However they do not tell fortunes or have any other additional gameplay and mostly act as decorations.
