Undid revision 941695 by Pentawa (Talk) After much research, it is hard to believe that Seth could have been an early Sim based on the fact that all service NPCs were generated sequentially and in triplicate and even the order of their filenames suggests either a debugging tool must have reset the character index or it overwrote deleted character files.
