Squeamish is a lifestyle trait available in The Sims 4.

Squeamish is a rare trait, as it is only available if you download the Outdoor Retreat game pack. Sims with the Squeamish trait often are nauseated with death, vomiting and creepy crawlies. Squeamish sims are also easily made Uncomfortable by dirty things. Can be nauseated also by death and privacy violation.

A Squeamish Sim is easily made Uncomfortable. This one is not enjoying a smell.
