Steffi's name is randomized when Bluewater Village is generated. The name "Steffi Royce" is only referenced in the game files. The outfit Steffi wears in-game is different from the one displayed in her default thumbnail. This happens with several other Bluewater Village townies. Her outfit comes from the [[Nightlife]] [[expansion pack]].
