THE ART STUDIO NEEDS YOUR HELP AND FAST!! At first when your sim arrives they arrive to more of a rather empty warehouse than an art studio. Usually the best thing to do is get rid of the windows out front (the main room will help your sims' mood regardless of less light) and any decorations that "eat up" your object meter. If you're able to: sell everything, tear down the entire lot and build another building (this will help out a lot, even though you're wasting your own money).

The Make-Over: Sometimes it's best to put in new wallpaper and flooring in every room. The main room to begin with: use attractive bright wallpaper like the Last Simeloen and nice wood flooring such as the Luxury Wood flooring. You should also put in better art work and a stereo (the stereo or any sound system is what you need, other than better art work). This will increase the looks and give off better impressions, including giving your guests the chance to have fun while checking out the studio. You can even put in the sculptures (you should sell the one not worth anything since it'll have almost no admiration). The "lobby" or first room you can use a much better wallpaper like the Othello wallpaper and use the Pine Sol wood floor. That will bring guests into a comforting welcome. Hint: Try putting in a couple comfy chairs or a sofa or two. This'll keep guests happy and comfortable. The second room which contains the kitchen, dining, and miniature art space and library is your own decision. You can put in wood flooring, attractive carpet, or better tiling instead of cement. You can also put in more tables and chairs for better dining. In order for a better kitchen you can sell the counter and put in a stove (if there isn't any), compactor, processor, and espresso machine (Your guests will prefer to leave early if they don't have good food). The bedrooms and bathrooms are again your decision. But the bathroom in the small room could use two toilets or more (if room for them). Bedrooms can use more relaxing wallpaper and much better flooring like the Electric Fields wallpaper and Luxury wood flooring for the first and Paradise Found wallpaper with Pine Sol wood floor for the second (for example). It's your choice though. And remember: this advice is for you if you decide to keep the regular studio instead of completely refurbishing it.

The Art Grand Opening Party: Just like an other party you need food set out, things for guests to use such as an available toilet, chairs and sofas, things to clean up after themselves like a dishwasher and compactor, and sink. But what can get you stuck at this uncompleted goal is not having music. Artie and Charity refuse to have the service to have one. A possible reason for having the music system to complete the goal is to attract guests easier and give them the response of being open-minded and colorful. Without it you're stuck at the goal.
