While it is true that the social worker will not come once children have been taken away from the parents, the social worker may come eventually and allow the parents to adopt again. I think it is a way for the game to say, "Hey, you showed your responsibility, so the privilege of adoption is yours." I am not sure if the game requires time or a certain number of days passing to occur, or whether this rule depends on the parents' having and raising another child. I just want to put this up here, because I think it's worthy to be put into consideration. ==Adoption Error==
For some reason in early 2013 when I had one of my Sims adopt a child, for some strange reason, the child did not recognise their parent as family or vice-versa. They also did not have any connection when looking at their family trees. The child did adopt the last name of the intended parent, but that was it. :Belladonna Cove is a very glitchy neighborhood. Sometimes when a Sim is resurrected, they don't recognize them as family. ::If you know how to avoid the dangers of using a streaker without University, then they generally can be used safely. But you need to be careful because without University, a streaker has incomplete everyday clothing data which can sometimes stop them from being able to change into their everyday clothes, so if Mrs. Crumplebottom lectures the streaker, if you're unlucky, it can cause the game to crash. Also because of the incomplete everyday clothing data, the streaker may not autonomously change back into their everyday clothes, if they are told to strip naked.
