Hmm. My sim, named Abby, recently started dating Autumn. They've been dating for nearly two sim weeks now. They began dating shortly after Abby met her the first time. Now, she has grey hair. :It's not possible for Sims to dye their hair on their own, so I guess your Sim were just too slow to advance. That, or Autumn had already been old by the time you met her.
