Dyed Hair?

Naturally occurring red hair isn't that red - more of a dull orange. A bright, autumn coloured red hair is clearly dyed. --k6ka (talk | contribs) 11:31, April 22, 2014 (UTC)

Is it possible to make the Sims' hair dyed by using the Create a Style or the brush icon in the Hair Section? I never use that icon once. ThePeculiarMe | (talk to me) 11:37, April 22, 2014 (UTC)

Yes, you can, with the brush icon. You can dye a Sim's hair using the color wheel, so basically you can dye their hair with any colors. There are also 4 sections of the hair: roots, base, highlight, and tips. Nikel _{Talk – Vote!} 14:17, April 22, 2014 (UTC)

They mean, like, a sim has azure-colored hair like the color of the word "nikel" in your sig. She has a son from the clearly brown-haired Christopher Steel . When the son turns into a toddler, the son grows up with dark orange hair. When you look closer into the son's genetics, it appears he actually got the dark orange genetics from her mom. 

Also, i thought that she fell into a ketchup vase\tray thingy, and could not scrape the color off of her hair. Torgo witnessed it, and thus decided to call her "Autumn". Soon the other Service NPC's began to catch on it, then the Townies, then the Culinary Carreer Playables (Emma Hatch & Jared Frio of the Diner, Molly French of the Bistro) and finally all the other playables beginning with Connor, the other Roomie's, Fiona, River, and Sandi. And now everyone knew her as Autumn and nobody remember her previous name. Hmm. My sim, named Abby, recently started dating Autumn. They've been dating for nearly two sim weeks now. They began dating shortly after Abby met her the first time. Now, she has grey hair. I'm pretty sure this isn't supposed to happen...Did she just dye her hair, or is she about to die herself? :( --

It's not possible for Sims to dye their hair on their own, so I guess your Sim were just too slow to advance. That, or Autumn had already been old by the time you met her. Nikel _{Talk – Vote!} 12:07, August 1, 2014 (UTC)
