He is not, and cannot be, named after the Doctor Who character Bill Potts, since the season in which she first appeared has aired way after this specific Sim was created. So please do not add information saying that he is named after that character. Thanks. (KirbyPowerpuff1 (talk) 22:28, December 25, 2019 (UTC))
