she's not black just very very tan

She is supposedly not black and just has a really, really dark tan, right? I think she actually has similiar features as Cycl0n3 Sw0rd and Molly French, who are (supposedly) a mixed asian\white guy (Cycl0n3 could actually be from the future but living in the past or something?
