::Cho is a common surname (I guess). Probably EA made this family while they forget that the name is already reserved, so they can't be related in any way because their names happen to be the same (similar to the Wolffs). The Crumplebottoms, however, are more widely known, like Goths, Dreamers, Pleasants, and Altos. When there's another Crumplebottom introduced, it's safe to assume that they're related in some ways, even though it's never explained how. :::Yeah. Like Nikel said, Cho is a common transliteration for VARIOUS Chinese surnames. For all we know EAxis had 2 different Hanzi (chinese symbols) in mind for both families. You can say the same for other quite common surnames. (Smith, Jones, Lee, etc.) OFC they COULD be related, but not necessarily. They could be like Henry and Vadim Simovitch, who are suppose to be related, but distantly enough that don't look much alike, and can easily flirt with each other. ''(Of course that may be because one's in Riverwiew and the other in Roaring Heights. Bert can flirt with Nick Alto and Frida can flirt with Gunther Goth, and they're siblings.)''
:::We're assuming the Crumplebottoms and Specte\ors are related, because these families were introduced in basegames and thus more important. The Crumplebottoms are the family of Mortimer's mother Cornelia.
