Lunacy moodlet

Does Lunacy moodlet only occur on Insane Sims? I think my Sims ever got this moodlet, but I can't recall whether he/she has the Insane moodlet. I just want anyone else to confirm this. Nikel _{Talk – Vote!} 10:53, October 4, 2012 (UTC)
