Two Jimmys?

In the game there shows one in the cemetery and there's the one Yolanda is married to. But when you look at Yolanda's family tree, it shows shes still married to him and the thumbnail of his picture appears that he still is alive and not a ghost. So is this one a fake, and was the real Jimmy Lemmon deleted? Because I thought when the Sim's spouse dies, they are automatically widowed and will not appear on the family even if they are CAS. --Starmoonie 20:28, March 18, 2012 (UTC)
