Should we merge this Malcolm with the one from The Sims 3 (or another one) ?[edit source]

Everything is in the title: Should we merge this page with the one from another Malcolm or not ? After all, The Sims Mobile seems to be in an "alternate timeline", so I think we could let this page alone, isn't it ? Thanks.

Even for alternate timelines, every iteration of a Sim is on the same page (e.g. Bella Goth). So it should be merged.
However it could be merged with Geoffrey Landgraab's page as it is obviously a name mistake.

Every iterations really ? For the moment, Malcolm Landgraab has two page that weren't merged : Malcolm Landgraab simcity/console and Malcolm Landgraab Sims 3/4. Is it the time were we should merge these two pages and add Malcolm Landgraab sims mobile ?
But in my opinion, I think it would be a bit more touchy to add it in the Geoffrey page. I get your point, but I don't think the probability of a name mistake is that high. I tend to think its pure story remake by the developers for a mobile game that's not focusing too much on story. But its pure personnal interpretation, I might be wrong of course !

To be honest I do not really understand the rules about pages split and merge on this wiki. For example, I do not understand why Bella from Lunar Lakes is on a separate page while it is officially confirmed that she is the same as Bella from Sunset Valley. On the other hand, Bella from The Sims 4 is on the same page as Bella from Sims 1, 2 and 3 (Sunset Valley) while being from a alternate universe. So indeed, my statement was wrong, and I would rephrase it as "every iteration of a Sim should be on the same page" (in my opinion).
I do not trust the developpers anymore when it comes to the lore :p even more when it is about a spin-off game. But I get that this is purely (personal) speculation and, as a neutral encyclopedia, we have to follow the facts.

I'm agree with you, every iteration of a Sim should indeed be on the same page.
Haha Yeah developpers seems to have a hard time to follow the lore. I think their opinion about the lore since The Sims 4 is "Let's take the most popular Sims from the different games and capitalize on them". But yes, I do think we have to remain neutral and follow their view. We could keep commentaries about the inconsistencies for the Trivia part.
