Give her the same personality as a default Create a Sim Cancer. Change her aspiration to family. Reset her aspiration level. Age her down to a teenager and then age her back to an adult. However you won't be able to completely fix her without SimPE which I don't have. Just assuming that she will corrupt your game over time. Just delete her and recreate her in Create a Sim.
