Maybe they were married and had Dudley and Mimi before Busting Out and then they divorced and then they remarried again at the end of The Sims (Console) and they moved out of SimsVille, that would explain why they didn't appear in The Sims for PC and they moved in again in The Sims 2 in Bluewater Village.--Link4039 17:12, 23 July 2009 (UTC)

In The Sims (Console), Dudley and Mimi are Malcolms offspring, so yes, after Malcolm and Mom get married by end of game, she becomes their Step-Mom. In The Sims Bustin' Out, both Malcolm and Mom are recently divorce, so Mom is no longer Dudley and Mimi's Step-Mom. I don't know why EA removed Bella and Mortimer's daughter, Cassandra from The Sims Bustin' Out. I'd previously assumed that she died and was buried by one of the tombstones in the backyard of Goth Manor. But your alternate perspective is quite enlightening. So I decided to create an older Cassandra Goth living in one of the Free Street homes in Free Play mode. Thanks for the idea. I also don't know why they brought her back; along with her little brother Alexander Goth as the Nielsen Family in Urbz: Sims in the City (GameBoy Advance), and in The Sims 2 as a child again; although I'm not complaining about it..?  ^_^    GloriousGamerGoddess 10:10, December 6, 2013 (UTC)
