I'm not sure. Her headshot certainly shows her with grey eyes, but her in-game appearance shows her with light blue eyes. My guess is that her eye colour was changed at some point during development and they simply never bothered to update her headshot. :At some point I'll create two exact replicas of Mrs. Crumplebottom, one with light blue eyes and one with grey eyes. And then I'll extract the pictures with SimPE and verify which of the head shots looks like the default. And the results I get should hopefully settle things.
