Though this is just Pleasantwiew!Grim, not Strangetown!Grim (who is actually female) and Veronaville!Grim (or any of the other Grims) who would have faces that look like the premade ones. Though he lacks genetics, a bit like other sims in Strangetown lack complete genetics.
Sorta true. Nervous' face is really just a more customized variation of Buzz Grunt's but he does sort of look like the Grim Reaper. I'm not sure what it is about him that you can compare with Grim Reaper.
