::I don't know why there are two versions. But they exist. May be two different firm localized the game... Or even if it was the only firm. For example, both usual edition of the game [[w:c:elderscrolls:The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion]] and gold edition were localized by firm called "1C", but the difference is impressive.
