In theory, it's impossible for Sims who are currently occupied (aka working) can attend a party. This is no exception to children, especially that children and teens cannot leave school in the middle of school hours. I'll remove the statement regarding this. ==Allowed number of guests in TS2==
According to the Prima Guide, the maximum number of party guests that can be invited depends on the computer's processor and RAM. In my old laptop, I could invite up to 8 Sims. In my new (current) laptop however, I could only invite up to 2 Sims. I modified the option so that I could invite up to 8 Sims. Doesn't this mean the information is incorrect because it says "regardless of system specs?" Not to mention, it was recently edited to 4, which means the default number IS dependent.
