I was wondering, do pets count towards the 8 sim limit in households? In a family I am currently playing, I do intend on two sims marrying. I would like for them to have a baby, but I realised that wouldn't be possible since they have a horse, making it 8 controllable members in the household. The horse was not adopted. I made him in CAS, then merged him with the active household. |

A friend of mine plays sims a lot too, and mentioned that she had 8 active sims in a household, and was still able to make them adopt a pet. I have seen her household, and know she isn't lying. I don't know if she has used mods or cheats to achieve this. |
