Information needed[edit source]
For The Sims, needs descriptions.
For The Sims 2, Kitchen and Bath Stuff added a stove, needs info on that.

Split[edit source]
Why are Toaster Ovens, Microwaves and Ovens all on the same page? They're different appliances. -- LostInRiverview talk ~ blog 02:43, August 13, 2013 (UTC)
I agree, maybe they should have their own pages. If you want to start that... go ahead. ;) Whrm3 (talk) 04:27, August 13, 2013 (UTC)
- As I see it, they're on the same page because they all perform the same basic function and are accessed through the same interactions. The page is long enough that it might be useful to have subpages for each game. Also, it might be useful to group the stoves by type, but I think a full split would be too much. - In The Sims, there's only one toaster oven and one microwave, and the only differences between them and other stoves are cost, quality, and fire risk. Functionally, they don't become distinct until The Sims 2, and that's expressed as limits on what can be made in them. I have no idea what capabilities and limitations microwaves have in The Sims 3. - I've never observed my Sims use the microwave while cooking. The only food I know requires special appliance is hot dog. It needs a grill. I don't know what's so unique with microwave, but it's definitely different from stove, so perhaps splitting the articles wouldn't be a bad idea. Nikel Talk – Vote! 14:51, August 13, 2013 (UTC)
