I just had a child sim age up in my game. Only it there seemed to be something wrong. When I would click on something for the sim to interact with, there was no head icon. Then when the sim would spin to change clothes, it went invisible. Thinking that exiting and then returning to the game would reset the sim, I did so only to find my sim a stretchered child. Exiting the same and returning made my sim a floating child. I don't know what happened or how to fix it so my sim is a proper teen like it should be.
