Pickpocket NPCs?

There are files for (what appears to be) two Pickpocket NPCs inside ExpansionPack4.far. Maybe I didn't play that EP that much (enough for not noticing them?), but I didn't even see anyone mention their existence either. Did they act similarly to Unsavory Charlatan, or were just left unused? -- Ryo205 18:04, March 22, 2019 (UTC)
