Obviously its very hard to have a relationship built up on The Sims 2 Castaway. If you want to have a baby, get a good relationship with the Sim you wish but you have to have a woman and a man. Like humans if they don't want to they won't because everyone is destined for their true love, but if you do manage to get them married press "woohoo" that will be silly but then the mothers belly will come out big. You will then have to wait 5-10 minutes she will cry and moan (the mother) and then there you have it a baby!!!!! AS SIMPLE AS THAT.
