Turns out the Eiffel Tower IS in the game and not just as background scenery. If you enter "buydebug on" into the cheat consle the Eiffel Tower is in there (along with all the other abroad sights to see, pyramids, sphinx, dragon cave ect...) Shouldn't this be mentioned?
