I found a unicorn four times in sunset valley! So that means they may be found in Twinbrook, Riverview etc. btw this is LolitaG
I've confirmed that as I'm writing this message, you will never find Unicorns in Bridgeport by default. However, just follow the steps I've detailed below if you want to meet them:
#In Bridgeport, go to Edit Town.
#Select any community lot(s) that you want, and change its Lot Type.
#Choose "Fishing Spot".
#Continue with the game, and wait until night. It should have a 33% chance a unicorn spawns by default. When it does, you can interact with it.
#If you want to increase/decrease the chances for it to spawn, use this mod http://www.modthesims.info/download.php?t=459352
I've confirmed this method works and I have recruited my Unicorn into my household. :)

:That's interesting. I've seen unicorn several times, but they seem to be attracted to fishing spots. Seeing that Bridgeport doesn't have fishing spots, this might be true.
