The Tattoo Parlor was a planned object for The Sims 3: Ambitions. It was suppposed to be used to increase Tattoo skill (canon name), but plans for a skill for tattoos were dashed. The final version for the tattoo parlor was to put tattoos on people while you're at home. The plans for the object are still unknown and it is likely that is will be disposed of.
