Used on the talk page of a user who has been banned from Chat.
- Syntax

The length can be substituted with any of the following values:
- 1 hour
- 12 hours
- 1 day
- 3 days
- 1 week
- 2 weeks
- 1 month
- 3 months
- 6 months
- 1 year
- permanent
