Usage

This template is used on the Community Portal, to make it simpler to find and change the message. Newer messages should be posted at the top of the template, and older messages should be deleted when the template gets too long or when the message is no longer relevant or current.

Rights of use

This template is primarily reserved for Administrators and the Community Director to post notices. Users may post notices as well, but those notices may be undone by an administrator if they do not meet criteria for posting.

Criteria

This space is for short, relevant comments to the Wiki community that do not warrant a blog posting. This space is not for emergency messages or for discussions. Messages here should have wide community relevance and should be current.
