Description: New template for files under the Creative Commons license.
Syntax

|version     = 
|by          = 
|sa          = 
|nc          = 
|nd          = 
|attribution = 
}}

Optional parameters

All parameters are optional, but do fill in version. It's also bound to be under one of the conditions.

Version is 2.0 2.5 or 3.0

Putting a y at by, sa, nc or nd is enough to trigger it (see example below)

Attribution is the name of the author. Wiki-code works here to some extent. Note experiences on the talk page.
