Experimental template

This template is nearing completion and have been implemented on a few articles as a test. Please do not add it to additional articles. See where it is being tested.

This template is being tested presently. DO NOT USE THIS TEMPLATE ON ARTICLES YET.

Parameters:

'image' - REQUIRED
'name' - Optional (defaults to page name if none is entered)
'subtitle' - Optional
