Description
This template can be used on the talk page or block summary of a user who has been using sockpuppet accounts illegitimately. Use this only if the user is using sockpuppets for intentional harm or to evade blocks - users that have created sockpuppet accounts in good faith and are unaware of the policy against sockpuppet accounts should be consulted with first before a soft block is issued against one of the accounts.
