Description

This is a custom TOC intended for an alphabetical list in which each letter is under it's own heading.

For example:

A

B

C

D

E

F

G

through

Z

When used, it will be placed where the template appears and will cause the usual TOC to not appear. This has the same classes and ids as the usual TOC, so any css changes that affect the usual TOC will also affect this. This template does not respond to additional headings.
