Using the template for fanon Sims Edit

I was wondering whether we could make another adaption of this template for fanon Sims who use a broken face template. I would have gone and done it myself, but my attempts have been unsuccessful. -- C.Syde (talk | contribs) 03:13, July 20, 2014 (UTC)
