Introduction[edit source]

Sul sul, my name is C.Syde, and I am an administrator on the Sims Wiki. I started playing The Sims 2 in early July 2011. The first computer I owned wasn't very good at playing high quality games such as the Sims 2. It lagged a lot, eventually taking at least ten minutes to load one Sim family. When I began playing on a new computer in late December 2011 you can imagine how pleased I was when I discovered that this computer took about one and a half minutes to load a Sim family (half a minute without expansion packs). I have my own Sims 2 player story series that is illustrated by taking game snapshots. The first draft began in early July 2011 and finished in early January 2012 while the master began in late December 2011 and finished in July 2013. I have contributed many of my fanon stories / Sims pages on the Sims wiki.

I also own and play The Sims 3 but I have never made a Sims 3 player story series because it just isn't the same as doing it in the Sims 2. Technically, the Sims 3 has a better layout and the improvements are stunning. But somehow, I still prefer the Sims 2 every time. I also own The Sims Medieval, and The Sims 4, neither of which I have played yet, but I'm sure I'll get round to playing them once I've installed all my Sims games to my new PC. Are there any of my fanon Sims that you particularly like? Come here and vote for your favourite Sim of mine now!

I am also a member of the Community Council team on Fandom. I was invited to join the group on the 31st March 2017, which I joined on the 10th April 2017. But I won't get into too much of that here since it's just a product testing and feedback group which doesn't give me any additional tools or authorities on local wikis.
