::::::It can't. The template cannot know if you want to link a neighborhood or not, so it's done automatically. People are used to automatic linking in <code>neighbor</code> parameter, so if it's changed to manual linking, all Sim fanons are affected. A simpler way is to rename the fanon. But seeing that it's left unfinished for a long time, it won't be long to get deleted... == Gender Preference ==
I think a a line should be added in regarding Gender Preference at the start of the game. If you have the PC version and Mastter Controller you can easily find out who has 'Gender Preference' > Male, Female, Undecided (sometimes they can fall into both Male and Femal gender preferences) for the whole town.
