testingcheatsenabled cannot be activated in game. To activate this cheat, player must open and edit the command.ini file on folder *\The Sims Medieval\GameData\Shared\NonPackaged\Ini (The default location is on C:\Program Files\Electronic Arts\The Sims Medieval\GameData\Shared\NonPackaged\Ini). Change TestingCheatsEnabled=0 to TestingCheatsEnabled=1 in the file to enable this cheat.
