The Sims 3: Create a Sim

The Sims 3 Create-A-Sim is a stand-alone version of The Sims 3's Create a Sim[1]. It is available in some countries, such as South Africa,Indonesia,Singapore[2] and Israel.[3][4]
This program is just the CAS alone, but Sims created with it can be shared. Unfortunately Player are unable to use custom content or an expansion pack in order to create their sims,But they are able to store their created sims into Sims Online Database,in case they want to move or install Sims 3 in another devices.
