The Sims Bustin' Out is the second installment for the Sims console version. It is released on December 16, 2003. There are two modes for this game, namely Bust Out Mode and Freeplay Mode. The player will need to play as the role as Malcolm Langraab III to gain fame and fortune. The same character appeared in The Sims 2: Open for Business expansion pack as a tycoon.

The PS2 version of this game also supports online play. However, the server was shut down by EA Games on August 15, 2004.
