Administrators wishing to instate a new restriction on a user should mention it on [[The Sims Wiki talk:Admin Portal|the Admin Portal talk page]] in order to make other administrators aware of this as well as giving them a say in whether the restriction is appropriate, how it is enforced etc. |

This page lists specific rules put into place for existing users by Administrators. These users have likely been troublesome in one way or another yet seem to want to contribute in good faith and as such, are given specific additional restrictions based on past behavior, tendencies to act disruptively, etc.
The rules here are to be dealt with by Admins only. If you see one of the following users causing trouble in one of the listed manners, please inform an admin ASAP.
Active Restrictions
Below is a list of active restrictions on problem users. Users may be moved to Probation if they show good behavior for a reasonable amount of time since the institution of their restrictions or last block.

Overview of Problems | Since registering, it seems that Corymach7 has been trying to work with rumors regarding future titles within The Sims series. While that is not necessarily a bad thing, the issue lies with the fact that Cory has been creating numerous prediction forum threads about fictional, either dismissed rumors or his own creations, entries to the series and despite several warnings, he still seems to persist by even going as far as creating a false rumor on an external forum and trying to pass it off as an official announcement. Based on his contributions in general, it seems that Corymach7 has made some good faith edits and could potentially be a very good asset for The Sims Wiki in general but unfortunately his persistence in adding false rumors has become quite problematic. |
