Joey has been contributing this Wiki for quite a while for now, and I'm proud of his commitment. He has been a great contributor in this Wiki, helped many times with the contents even if most of the time they're minor, and partaken several community activities around. I'm sure he's been around for long enough that most users here have recognized him.
I'm still uncertain with some things, however. I'm not quite convinced if Joey has understood the some inside works of the wiki other than what appears on the surface (like mainspace and discussions that affect changes to the articles), such as procedures of blocking, when to and not to block, policy & guidelines stuff, managing featured contents, special pages, etc.. Well, I'm very sure that while being a regular user Joey has had very little chance to partake or consider these, and I believe that he will learn these things along the way little by little. But I just haven't been convinced if Joey would handle these since I haven't seen him touch those parts yet. I currently give him a '''weak support''', leaning towards neutral.
