Beginnings and Salutations

Hiya folks, and welcome to Fanon Administration!

Before we can get started, we need to do some things. Namely, we need to set what people are in charge of, and designate a project leader, basically a go to person for this project.

As this is kinda a general ap, I've thought of a few different roles, but add any as you think of them :)

• Cleaning out/checking poor quality fanon, both in the delete and cleanup categories.
• General maintenance - tagging, moving from mainspace, etc
• Fanon features - I'm currently doing this, per my previous role as a Fanon Admin, but feel free to post if you wish to do this.
• Any others? Post here :)

Next up, we'll need to designate a project leader. I've no idea who this will be, so I'll let us all discuss it.

I can do some maintanence and deletion of poor quality fanon. And I'm not opposed to WH being in charge of the project. IMO, it's best that I don't do it as I'm practically the AP manager anyway. :P Lost Labyrinth • (c) • (b) 17:42, July 30, 2011 (UTC)

By fanon features, I mean updating the featured fanon, featured fan fiction, and featured author. Also, thanks for thinking I should lead the project, but I might wait until Auror states if she supports. ~>ฬђ ^{(Ŧlยttєгรђא ƒтω!)} 23:44, July 30, 2011 (UTC)

I'm currently a bit indecisive between Cleaning out/checking poor quality fanon and General maintenance. Also, would it be acceptable to share some tasks with other project members? We currently only have three tasks, but four project members. If it's not acceptable we should create a new task, but I'm not seeing what task, do you have any ideas on this? As I've stated (I think) they are only some roles I could think of quickly, it would be good if you could think of some to add to the list. Also, I see no issues with crossing over of roles, perhaps we could make it two people per role? Alright, since Auror hasn't responded to whether she supports me leading the project, I've decided to accept it as Georgie and Gui support, and that's pretty much the majority. ~>ฬђ ^{(Ŧlยttєгรђא ƒтω!)} 03:09, August 7, 2011 (UTC)

Altered fanon policies
